Day 177-February 24, 2013

     Auntie Carol told my about the plot of land Gramma Holly and Grampa Clarence had in Red Lake Falls, Minnesota.  It was rocky land, it was what they could afford.  They too hand picked the rocks to prepare for planting.  One more section in the raspberry patch completed today.  I measured, I'll have room for five more plants.  I spread a mulch of pine needles on the  thirteen plants already in.  I'm trying poplar leaf mulch in the coop.  The girls had quite a lot of chatter after my deposit.  Papers, papers all afternoon.  The Oscars for the eve.  I had only seen one film, Flight.  I now have a group of films I'd like to see.
