Day 164-February 11, 2013

     Apple tree pruning and a bicycle ride to get mail were lovely outdoor activities today.  There is opportunity for chores with the sunny dry weather we've had, I need to hand water plants.  I was excited for my eating class, I mean my cooking class at In the Kitchen.  Heart healthy foods were the theme.  The inspiration for fresh eating encourages me so.
