Day 10-September 10, 2012

This morning began with responding to assist my daughter-in-love.  Unexpected needs rise up in our lives, I was grateful to have the time to be present and help.  My heart holds tight to the desire that my children and their children find their way to live comfortably in their own skin.  Each day is a treasured gift and some days are harder than others.
With zest I mounted my bicycle this afternoon to join Fred, Mark, our German son and his pal on the trails of Loma Rica Ranch, 7 miles and almost 700 feet of elevation.
The garden received a good soaking, the chickens gave no eggs, and some laundry still rests on the line.  Well, it's time for me second session of dewaxing my ears today.  It was a beautiful sunset.
